A Rosey Outlook

My mother gave me this rose bush two years ago for my birthday. Some people find roses ordinary for their ubiquity. I don’t feel that way at all, I love them.
Today, Shutter Sisters has challenged us to add a shallow depth of field and a vignette in camera. Although I’ve done my share of laying on the ground with my camera, I find that I’m not that good yet so I’ve post-edited a faded vignette to this rose instead. Hope it still answers the challenge.
