My daughter is eight and starting to talk about sleepaway camps. I'd love for her to attend one but I don't know if my husband could stand it! He's so protective, every time he gets up to use the bathroom at night, he passes by the kids room to make sure they're still breathing :)

What a wonderful post! I can tell what a great and loving mom you are and how close your family is. I wrote for Love Thursday this week about missing my own two girlies, so I know a bit of what you're going through. It's always tougher than we thought, isn't it? Somehow the freedom we thought we'd enjoy always evaporates. Chin up, he'll be home before you know it.

Happy Love Thursday!

camp is the best. he is having a ball. imagine being a kid and having a bunch of slightly older kids being in charge of you, instead of the mother that you love so much but need a break from.

He will remember you :) Might be at night or in the morning when life is at its most peace, but he will. Post away, these are GREAT memories!

Oh, Puna, you can write about this all you want over the next two weeks! I'm sure your boy will think about you. It's hard to see them grow up, and wonderful at the same time.

Thank you for joining Monday Memories!
