Map Schmap

So I get this email from Schmap who wants to use a photo of mine. I’m not sure what’s going on…someone tell me what’s going on. Anyway, my ego is big enough to tell you about it and to put their widget on my sidebar. I think sidebars can get a little messy at times, that’s just my opinion, don’t shoot me. In any case, someone may need a map around DC, like me, who lives right by that great city.

Of course, you wouldn’t use Google Maps or Mapquest or any of those other really big navigation search engines to find your way around DC. You would come to my site, go to my sidebar, click on the Schmap link, and then navigate around. Of course you would.

But Schmaps has some really good photos – you know what I mean…

Anyway, it looks like Schmaps knows DC pretty well, so yes, I would use them. I’m going to DC tonight as a matter of fact. If you are wanting to see where the photo is that they asked to use, well, here’s a link and you will have to look very, very hard. Since they gave me top billing. Since I’m the Schmap Star.

I’ll leave the widget there until I get sick of it. And in my case, that literally could be anytime.
