November 3, Forward Fold

Although I continue to do the “basics”, the “minimum”, and the “best I do” to keep my body from falling apart, I don’t feel like I’ve focused on my work out like I should. Though that doesn’t stop me from complaining about how much weight I’ve gained.
So begins a series of yoga poses, starting with the wonderful Kathleen.
Forward fold.
Extend the knees.
Exhale and drop the chest.
Reach for the toes or the instep.
Breathe.
Namaste.











Ahhhh, I feel relaxed just reading that. I’ve been using a stability ball in some of my exercise recently and I really like it.
Oh, how I need to do that as well. My son and d-i-l do yoga together every morning and he said it has really helped with his neck and back issues (from his car getting hit by a bus that turned in front of a semi – stupid bus driver).
Its amazing that a year later, I can do a deepr forward fold now. Thanks to you, Puna KB
