My family is at odds when it comes to cranberry sauce. Gelatinous Goo vs. chunky & tangy. We all agreed on a delicious Food Network recipe this year called ‘Cinnamon Apple Cranberry Sauce’. I think you’d like it but when I make it again I will cut the amount of sugar in half.

48 oz is a LOT of Cranberries. A 14 oz bag will generally cover 10-12 people unless they are fanatics. Try it with OJ instead of water – really makes a difference. I put finely grated orange peel in it too. Yum!
