This year I decided to try something different. Instead of all artichoke hearts, I chopped onion, carrot and broccoli in the food processor. Slivered, not pulverized. Then I “par cooked” this in my microwave steamer. Added the artichoke hearts, which need no cooking of course. Then mixed with the mayo/parmesan, but like I said the cream cheese is good too (maybe better). Sprinkle on some paprika and bake like normal. Became a more colorful and savory dip. No pictures though :>(
