My Other Favorite POV

Update: This is my entry for iHeartfaces “Photojounalism” theme this week.
My perspective has changed since beginning my love affair with the art of photography. I now find myself looking things from every angle, trying to find the best one to tell the story. I look through my view finder only half the time, preferring to also have the joy of discovery if there is something wonderful captured from the hip.
Here I see things from the perspective of a baby in a rocker on the floor. What a wonderful and weird world it must be for them. I put the camera right over Little Ashlin’s head and snapped. This is what I think she sees.
And if you are wondering, that’s not a cigarette in Little Ashlin’s hand.

Ah, c’mon Sweetie, you gotta put up the “GOOD” picture!
I wouldn’t do that to Heather:)
Interesting perspective
I often wonder what the world looks like to dogs — ’cause you know, their eyes are pretty close to butt level!!

Love it!! Yes..that’s the beauty of photography. You can choose from where you want to see and capture the scene!!
That’s such a wonderful photo Puna. Nothing captures a moment in quite the same way. It’s indelible. Thanks for stopping by to see us. We have a giveaway launching on Friday. Jane F.
that is an awesome pov! love that!
this is perfect! love your POV
Oh I do love this POV, what a unique perspective the little ones have, great image!
POV SO important
I love that you put yourself in a completely new point of view. And the fact the pics are being taken with a cell phone also cracks me up. How our world has changed!
I love this, it’s kind of funny !!!
I like this a lot. And the last line made me laugh, which at that very moment was a gift. Thank you.
A very different world than when I grew up. My daughter texts her grandma on my phone. haha
I love that the girl is taking a picture of the baby with the phone…it’s the new wallet.
