September 7, Both Sides Now

We went to see the legendary Judy Collins a week ago. Her song, Both Sides Now is a favorite of mine. I don’t know why I love it so much. I just know that I’ve always known the song for all of my life and I’ve loved it for all of my life.
The lighting was awful, I had the wrong lens and though we are not spring chickens, we were the youngest people there. Really. However, I did snap this on the way to the bathroom. Hallelujah.

Well, you can say the image has a nice 60’s feel eh? I’m sure that was a good time. Is her voice holding up?
Bob, her voice is doing great. We were really amazed at how strong it is after all these years. She can still put on a singing show.
What gorgeous colors..
Yes – the lighting might have been less than ideal..but I do like the result!
