    Buzzers ringing constantly. Many times doesn’t stop the entire time I am eating. Happens at every mcd. Like the fo of and service, just turn off the noise

    The indoor kiosk and app are waste of my time. Neither one works. The counter pad takes my debit card. The kiosk pad is incapable of doing this simple task. The app is capable of placing an order.

    Slower than Christmas. I went to the drive thru and ordered 10 cheeseburgers and 4 hot and spicy sandwichs. I had 1 car in front of me.It was 6:30 pm on a Wednesday night. It took 20 minutes to get my order. Couldn’t put a negative on the rating so I had to pick 1 star.

    From a loyal consumer of the McDonald’s franchise brand it’s sad to say that yesterday I was disgusted by the level of service that was rendered to me by one of the fellow employees you currently have at the Eastgate Mall Food court restaurant. Yesterday I went to by two simple lattes and I had a lady serve me and I paid for my lattes by card. When it came to making the lattes, another lady started making the first one but half way through making the first one, the machine ran out of milk and instead of refilling the milk she just stood there shouting to no one for milk expecting it to come from nowhere. Then there was a problem with the machine and I noticed that but instead of her coming to me and saying ” sorry sir we are experiencing difficulties with the machine, she proceeded to have chats with the other employees and left my latte sitting there with no conscious that I existed. Only after she was told about a “customer waiting for their coffee” 10 minutes later, did she remember what here job was. This is the reason why people will always go else where because of poor the service they provide. I was disappointed by how I was treated as a customer. Please address this matter.

    I’m so disappointed on my visit yesterday and today in Washington Blvd.Md.The black woman Manager so Super nasty so as the cashier who took care of my order.They are not friendly and refused to give me my order I want and give me bullshit.You need to get rid of those kind of fucking people.they are assholes to the costumers.I swear!

    Very disappointed! I ordered a large pumpkin spice latte and got a black coffee. But was charged for Pkn latte. I didn’t take a drink of it until I was at work and it was to late to go back.

    It was quick and easy to get through this Mcdonald’s but like all Mcdonald’s if you order a burger a special way. They type it in for the order but the oeopke making the burger don’t seem to be able to read. They always mess up and give a regular burger.

    I my boyfriend and I went to McDonald’s in Gering Ne.and still can’t believe what happened at the drive through, and what hasn’t happened since. We orderd our food it was evening and I ordered a hash brown, (which you can get 24hr a day at a location less than ten miles away) the mcperson taking the order informed me that it wasn’t available at that store. From the kitchen a cool yells..”yea you dumb mother fucker”. We were shocked and very, very, offended by this. We have made a complaint on this matter and still have yet to hear a thing from a store manager,a district manager, not anyone from corporate . Is this the way Mcdonalds treats their customers? It’s ok to yell volgarities at customers like this? Never in my life have I been so offended and so pushed aside like I do not matter. SHAME ON ALL OF YOU!!! I FULLY INTEND ON PUSHING THIS ISSUE TO THE VERY TIP TOP OF THIS COMPANY. NOT LOVEN IT!!! NOT AT ALL. I give ZERO stars but this sight won’t let me…

    Had my worst experience ever. Cheeseburgers served to us with no meat. Are you serious? Employee couldn’t get order right at drive thru. Had to repeat order at window. Then had drinks wrong. Then cheeseburgers with no meat. I’m done giving this place a chance. Either get good decent help or close the hell up. Won’t get my money ever again.

    I was at the McDonald’s in Litchfield today. I got an order to go. When I asked for my drink cup, I was told I’d get it when my food came up. This is the stupidest idea yet. The place was packed, being lunch time and I and my ambulance partner could at least had our drinks ready to go while our food was prepared. Never again, if you think someone is going to con you out of a soft drink then you can keep it. The cost of those drinks is nil, since you are allowed free refills if you eat in. A&W is accross the street and there I’ll go.

    I will eat mostly fries in mcdonald. I love it most.but now a days, mcdonald guys wantedly giving the spoiled fries. Really bad ..be careful while taking the fries

    Almost ALL of the employees at the McDonald’s on Jesse Jewell Pkwy in Gainesville, Ga. are so very rude and unprofessional. I will never come here again, although this location is the closest to me, I will drive the extra distance- so that I never have to be humiliated like this again.
