    What a crock of $hit! There is no 16 digit number on the receipt! Crap like this makes me think about using a different pharmacy

    Disappointed in service at this time. 2 clerks at check out. ON right side was finishing up from a sale. Was asked to wait a moment. I did so, then just vanished off to lunch without saying a word as I continued to stand and wait!! Not knowing when she will return? Other Customers in line were in awe to what took place. On 5/29/2018 called in a Prescription and it was later confirmed prior to pick up, that it would be ready on June 5, 2018. Had to make a re-order if wanting a refill?? The parking lot is also a big mess. Many seem to want to parking in the NO PARKING in front of store and too lazy to walk? I have a Handi cap permit since 1987 and how others seem so lazy and non-courteous when parking? People are so fat and lazy any more!!!! How would a fire truck or police get to the door if blocked by these Fat and lazy Customers?? PUT IN SPEED BUMPS!!! Let them cry, Plus this also will slow them up as they RACE across the Parking Lot!! Who is responsible for the Management of the Parking lot and the repair of?? No one cares or wants to know!!! Never see the POLICE coming into the parking lot to help in the reckless form of behavior that is shown by a good majority of the ones coming on to the parking lot!! Need more handicap parking spaces marked and better marked as well!!! Only 2 spaces at this time. NEED MORE!! THIS IS EVERYWHERE AND NO ONE CARES!!! WHY ARE PEOPLE GETTING SO LAZY AND GETTING AWAY WITH THIS??? AT LEAST SOME SPEED BUMPS AND MORE HANDICAP SPACES MARKED. PLUS NOT BE PARKING IN THE FIRE LANES!!! MOST LIKELY THIS WILL BE LOOKED THE OTHER WAY AND NOT CONSIDER??? IT IS UNSAFE TO GO OUT OF ONES HOME???
    PLEASE DO SOMETHING TO HELP!!!! TIRED OF NEARLY GETTING HURT OR EVEN KILLED, JUST TO GET SOME MILK??? THANK YOU FOR YOUR TIME…..

    Just want to say thank you, thank you for having Darby and Jesse (especially Darby) at the North Olmsted, Ohio store located on Clague and Lorain Roads. Somehow my prescriptions got all messed up, none of the other technicians noticed this and did something about it except for Darby. Both she and Jesse (the pharmacist) always take the time to explain everything and make sure I understand what they are telling me.

    I can’t access the survey site. States 17 number needed. My receipt(s) current and past have only been for 16 numbers. 4 sets of 4 numbers. The one today dated: 4/19/2018 shows Survey ID # 8180 7289 6196 1514. My visit today was exceptional, as it always has been in the past. I’ve been treated professionally by the best of CVS Pharmacy staff always. I’m very fortunate and do greatly appreciate the service I receive. They have always been concerned about my health issues and always keeping me updated on the meds I am currently taking. I’m not sure if this is how all the CVS Pharmacies treat the customers. It reminds me of a good 40 years ago when your Pharmacist knew you and the family by name. Again, I am very fortunate because if it weren’t for them I’m not sure I would be managing my health as well as I do.
    As far as the CVS employees in the retail store go they have always greeted me and asked if there is anything they could help me with. Great store at 100 South Fell, Normal, Il.

    Re PBG CVS 11000 n military tr. Please coach and council full figured Caucasian female manager. She ignores customers space and does not treat her employees with dignity and respect. I witnessed this behavior today and as well Saturday bf Easter Sunday.

    Was at the CVS in Fernandina Beach Florida. Making Prints of pictures of a wedding. Was there for two and a half hours. Representative Roberta., was very gracious extremely helpful, not only to me but two other people who came in to get things done while I was there.
    She was very gracious extremely helpful, and understood the mistakes I was making on the computer.
    All stores that have representative like her are blessed.

    This is the 2nd time I have been duped by the “RED” survey card packed in my order. I called the first time and they posted the offer to my card because the # would not be accepted on-line. This time you request a 17 digit # when my card only has 10 numbers. Is this the new approach to aggravating your customers? Success!!! I am aggravated. Congratulations.

    For the fourth time in a row your survey accepts my number but then won’t allow mt to proceed. I get a “page not found” message, or something like that but when I try again I’ve lost access to that message and it won’t accept my number. Very frustrating and I don’t appreciate receiving a receipt encouraging me to visit you online only to have this happen repeatedly. Thought you would like to know. Here’s my latest survey ID# 2307 9694 9706 026 83. Thank you.

    These comments concern CVS Pharmacy in Henderson Texas. When you place a call to Pharmacy, you have to ask who you’re speaking to, no one identifies themselves! There is a staff member who seems to make it her mission to cause difficulties with ANY interaction with the Pharmacy. Example: my husband recently seen per doctor, RX sent to CVS electronically at 1030 in the morning for antibiotics. We never received a text message or call indicating the medication was ready. I finally called at 3 PM, and Maria said there was NO rx for my husband in the system. I called the Dr.’s office and that staff said it was sent to CVS in Henderson at 1030 and that CVS verified it was received. I called the pharmacy back with the information and was told just because there was a “connection” doesn’t mean that CVS received the RX. What?? So CVS staff said they would call the doctor’s office and get it resubmitted. I waited, called the doctor’s office… CVS had never called them. Doctor’s office RESENT the RX. I called CVS…. spoke with Denise and she said the RX was there and had been filled since that morning. I went to CVS to get the antibiotics, an entire day of help wasted. Maria told me there were two profiles for my husband…. both had same Birthday… and she merged the two profiles. Well today he was told by Maria that the insurance would not allow his diabetic medication when he tried to call it in. He hung up and called the pharmacy again, asked to speak to pharmacist…placed on hold. Waited, hung up and called back. Maria placed him on hold again. Waited, hung up and called the third time before he spoke with Pharmacist. He explained the bottle indicated he had a refill and it was time to get the medication, pharmacist said … sure, no problem. This is not the 1st time that this person has made us jump unnecessary hoops and it feels like vindictive bullying. We just want to have a pharmacy that will be dependable and NICE.

    Hi. I am experiencing a hard time with CVS .they put you on hold for more than 20 min. I feel sometimes frustrated. In past few days, I didn’t like the long wait time.

    The cvs Pharmacy located on the corner of lumpkin and peach orchard rd, Augusta Georgia has a staff member that works at night is not customer friendly. I waited in line at the drive through window for about 15 minutes. He does not acknowledge you when you drive up to the window and then got an attitude when I ask if I was suppose to come inside since he did not come to the window when I drove up. I think he was working alone and may need help at night. This is one of the reasons I moved my account. I don’t have 15 minutes to wait in a long line for a prescription then get poor customer [email protected]

    (Morganton, NC store) You emailed a survey and I started it, but the next page was SHOPPING and I could not complete the survey. What the heck? I wanted to tell you that the FRONT of your store in Morganton has wonderful people, always. I shop there a lot. However, the pharmacy people have discouraged me from using your pharmacy. There are a lot of people back there but I have not met one with any “people skills.” They seem reluctant to wait on me when I have a question, and demonstrate their impatience when I ask where an item is in the store. The ONE time I had a rx filled, it was late in the evening and I had no choice — my regular pharmacy was closed. CVS “pharmacists” were incredibly rude and I told my husband I hope we never had to go there again. (It was an emergency situation or I would have waited.)

    I recently visited the CVS in Helotes and I was very impressed. Amanda, the technician, went above and beyond to ensure I received all my pharmacy benefits. She was professional, pleasant, and competent. Great Job, Amanda!!!

    I called in for a refill on a important medication that should have been delivered next day. It was not.
    The only thing they said was the delivery person got busy.
    No alert or Courtesy call to let me know my Med was not going to be delivered.
    How you can inprove is notify your Customers.. as they rely on getting there medicine in a timely manner.

    Daniel was extremely helpful in our photo printing processing today. He walked us through editing an 8×10 photo of our Grandchildren and we were able to print a very professional picture. We are frequent visitors to this store and have always had excellent customer service, whether it be the Pharmacy or Retail. Daniel went above and beyond and didn’t stop until we were truly satisfied.

    I have shopped at CVS 8635 in Springfield, Il for the past six years. A few weeks ago I discovered that they have billed several of my prescriptions this year through the incorrect benefits manager, resulting in my co-pay being inflated my approximately $354 year-to-date. Attempts at getting a refund have been in vain. Please be sure when you get a prescription filled at CVS that your co-pay is according to the formulary. Otherwise, you may be a victim just as I have been.

    Hello there. My name is B.The reason for this E-MAIL is to congratulate a new employee by the name Gustavo. I have notice that since his arrival to this location the cleanliness is beginning to show. It appears that he wants to make a difference. Prior to his arrival store looked dirty and poor in presentation. Never have I seen store manager make an effort to make a difference as Gustavo has. He is also very funny. I was waiting in line to pay for my items and I heard a female customer telling him that businesses need more people like him, I agree. This guy knows what to say to make people laugh. I hope and pray that corporate finds a way to compandate Gustavo for his genuine style.

    We use CVS (In Woodbury MN Tamarak store) as our pharmacy and we need to call in and talk to people at the pharmacy. However, every time we call no one picks up the phone in a reasonable time. My wife usually has to wait 45 minutes or more.
    Today, I called 3 times and waited on line for over 45 minutes each time with no answer. I then called and tried to get in touch with anyone but still no answer.

    This is ridiculous! We are long time customers who can’t call in and talk to someone!!!

    Please fix this issue soon!

    I received a survey from the Target CVS after getting a flu shot. my survey ID number is 17 digits long and the survey asks for a 16 digit number. So I guess I won’t have a chance at winning anything. I wonder if this is done on purpose?

    I have a receipt with a survey ID that is 17 numbers long not 16 therefore it has been impossible for me to enter the $1000 giveaway. Is this purposely done, because it has not been the first time this has happened!

    I shopped at 110 W. 20th Street, Houston, TX 77008 store # 7092 at 10:05 a.m. on 9/3/2017. My receipt did not have a survey ID#. Would like to tell you how wonderful Waverly is in Pharmacy and how helpful employees, Kimberly and Melissa, were at the front cashier area. They went out of their way to assist me in trying to get OTC medication. Really needed this after Hurricane Harvey. Thank You for these employees. Sincerely, Janice Smith-Cook.
