    purchased a ring for my wife for christmas from your store in garden city in wpg mb. at the time of purchase i was told the ring would be resized for free if it needed to be smaller and there would be a charge if it was to larger. when my wife presented the ring to your staff at said store, she was told there would be a resizing charge. when my wife said that we where told the resizing would be free she was told it was not and that the lady who sold me the ring would NEVER say that! well i WAS TOLD EXACTLY WHAT I STATED! i have purchased a number of pieces from Peoples in the past ( maybe if i had spent more than $500. on each purchase i may have been treated better! ) i know i am not one of your PREFERRED Customers, but i believed “a customer is a customer”. too bad that’s not the case . from this point forward i will make any further purchases at another jeweller.

    I PURCHASED SOME PERSONE PIECES FOR MY WIFE’S BRACELET,BUT RETURNED THEM THE FOLLOWING DAY AS MY WIFE HAD DUPLICATES.sALES ASSOCIATE13503450 WAS ABRUPT,TRIED TO PURSUADE ME TO PURCHASE SOMETHING ELSE,GAVE ME A HARD TIME BECAUSE SHE WAS GOING TO HAVE TO GO THROUGH 4 CASH REGISTERS TO GIVE ME MY REFUND.sHE EVEN COMENTED ON “who pays cash anymore everyone uses credit cards.”While she was handing me my cash,she was complaining to another associate about how she had to go through all this trouble and to top it off she gave me a $10.00 roll of quarters and said because I made use up part of the morning float that’s all there was to it.I have shopped Peoples for many many years,but after this I will never step foot in another one or a Mapins thjat’s too bad for sales associate 13503450,because I was also going to look for a special diamond ring as my wife and I WILL BE CELEBRATING OUR 40TH WEDDING ANNIVERSARY October 31RST AND I HAVE SAVED UP $20,000.00 to purchase a nice ring and bracelet,oh well I guess my money will matter at a different jeweller.Thanks for the great feel good feeling at Christmas peoples,and thanks for training your associates to show the real compassion.

    Says survey is over, but it isn’t and the number I called cut me off because I didn’t push the right #, not at all happy with this service or the service I recieved at people’s today, I would rate it a no star but it wouldn’t let me

    Your manager at Medicine Hat City, Alberta Canada was a LIAR.
    I bought my first ring for my wedding anniversary present to my partner last October 11, 2017. I had a coupon of $50 discount from Peoples card. But the second ring need to order because their is no size available and the manager PROMISED to me to give me a discount of $100.00 but last Nov. 9, 2017 to pick up the second ring he just gave me 10% discount which was less than $50, he broke my heart. What a bad experienced, I’ll never buy to that store anymore. Every time I see my ring, I remember how the manager made me stupid to his promised.

    I must say Stacy the manager Steven and all of the other girls were extremely patient, friendly and accommodating as I spent almost all day deciding. They were honest informative and helped me find just what I was looking for in the end and I’m extremely excited!!!

    Very nice workers,always courtious and friendly,have a good knowledge of jewlery.and jewlery is always nice.never leave there without a smile!they go the extra mile for me, clean my jewlery anytime I whant.and they are beautiful women.

    I had a wonderful experience recently at Peoples Jewellers in St. Albert, AB.
    It was my first time there to purchase an aniversary gift for my husband.
    It was going to be an expensive and special gift to spoil him
    I was looking at a luxury watch and being that a watch is often a very personal preference I was having a hard time deciding as they had so many beautiful ones to chose from
    The sales reps offered tremendous help and helped me find the perfect gift for the love of my life.
    He absolutely loves the watch and I want to thank the staff at Peoples Jewellers!!!!

    I was doing my business at South Hill Mall in Prince Albert, Sk. I had gotten a pair of diamond earrings as a gift from my father and a few months later he passed away. I had never worn them, but on the day of the funeral for the first time, I decided to wear them and I lost one because of the way they made the latch. I immediately went to the store and showed them and explained it and they understood why I lost it, so they gave me an INSTORE CREDIT for one earring because they couldn’t replace the set. This receipt was signed by the manager (DELORES) so I decided to get them to a more expensive pair which was reg. $599.99 on sale for $299.99. When the earring set came in the manager wouldn’t let me buy them because I also had a $50.00 Birthday Coupon which she agreed could be applied towards it but it would have to be purchased on my credit card if I used it. Also, the only reason I was getting this deal to start with was that she felt sorry for me! In the long run, I did not get the earrings and was harassed throughout the entire situation from another worker (the only young man working there)! I have worked in the jewelry business for over 20 years and I have never treated a customer this way and it shows no customer relations at all. The young man was very rude and the manager only wants to wait on customers that look rich. I do have the MANAGER”S-signature to the agreement she made with me and the REFUND RECEIPT which now shes will not use because she gave me back the earring that I only have one of, the other was lost because of the bad LATCH. I have purchased an extreme amount of jewelry from PEOPLE’S but NOW I will not SHOP there again and I am out the money Plus I had INSURANCE!

    I went in marketmall calgary location to get my jewellery inspection. I dont even know that one little piece of diamond was missing. So they told me that they cannot replace it because i missed the month that it should be inspected. Im so upset how they handle this situation. I have insurance on it. Me and my family always buy jewellery from this store. Its so frustrating
