    I have been to the new Marco.s pizza restaurants.I live in Albertville Ala 35951.And the Marco.s is the worst pizza ever made.I have complained to the manager.That the last two large pizza.s I bought there.s wasn.t any pizza sauce.And they don.t spread the sauce all the way to the sides.So it is a inch or two inches away from the sides of the pizza.There was nothing but just dough no toppings or sauce.This is my purchase at any Marco.s.And if the driver.s don.t get a tip thats the reason why.The Manager.shorts the sauce and toppings.I will not buy another one of your products.NYC.has the best pizza in the world.thats what I was excepting to eat.No chance.will I order there again.

    I ordered a Thin Crust Garden Pizza on 10/02/17 at 7:46pm the location Marco’s Pizza # 8050 in Orlando, FL, the pizza was delivered by a very courteous Delivery man name Scott, I gave him a $2.00 Tip and said thank you. Once I open my pizza I was disappointed and called Marco’s, I asked to speak with manager and proceeded to tell him order a I didn’t a thick crust pizza, the person told at first they were out of thin pizza dough. I said the dough is made and not prepared. I then said I didn’t want the pizza, but a refund $11.27 and then I was we do not give Reunds only a credit. I took the pizza back to the establishment and still was told I couldn’t have a refund. I asked the Deliveryman Scott would call the owner and he texted and per the Deliveryman the owner was not available and if I left my information he would contact me; the owner never contacted me. I called back a young woman name whom I can not recall, said the General Manager would be there on Thursday October 5th, for the third time I never received a call, treat or not even a apology. I will never purchase, eat or recommend Marco’s to my family, co-worker, neighbors or anyone. What I felt was not valued as a consumer.

    Second bad experience with Marcos’s. First time it was the thin crust which was like a cracker. Now I have had a few regular pies and they were good. I usually get them early and put them in the oven on warm to eat later ( maybe an hour). I left it in the box so I did not look at the product. When I took it out one side was almost burned which did not happen in a 130 degree oven the other side was not but the entire pie was dry. I cannot prove it was not my fault but I have done it this way for a few times with no problem.

    First time ordering…Cathy at Spring Hill Fl. Location very rude. Pizza pretty good but won’t go back. Life to short and too many pizza places to eat to be treated like
    I’m bothering her.

    WEB site is horrible. Twice it would not take current coupons. Today it will not let me order from the Marco’s on hwy 22 in Mandeville, la. 70471 which happens to be less that a 1/4 mile from me. This is unacceptable to have a faulty Web site so often faulty. I now will either phone it in or call Domino’s.

    I went on line and filled out servey talked with manager was very impolite because servey didn’t give me a code.Told my wife they been coming to my house all this time and acked as if the first time.You can do all the mental recuirment and machine get it wrong and man come back and tell you and you’ll wrong

    Try to order the lunch special for 6.00 there was no drink to come with order because the drink truck did come I ask what come in the place and was told nothing and the prices was not going to change very sad customer
