    Just now my workmate and I dine at Mcdonald Teresa, Rizal Philippines. The ambiance was good and the shop was clean. After we’re done with our meal I decided to order something for take out so just when I order a cheesy eggdesal and hashbrown I was shocked when I was charged more than the amount I expect I would be paying( becuase I already do the math before I order ) I told the cashier why I was charged 138.00 pesos when I just order 2 hashbrown for 30.00 each and a cheesy eggdesal for 39.00, so I expect the total would be just 99.00 the cashier said that I told her that I order 2 cheesy eggdesal and 2 hashbrown. The cahsier didn’t listen attentively and did not condirmed my order. She said that it will be charged to her since I insist that I just ordered 3 items. I told her to informed her supervisor to void or refund the item since I just ordered 3 items(2 hashbrown and 1 eggdesal) the supervisor came and explain that it will be charged to the cashier since the item was already cash out. I told the supervisor that what if the customer changed his/her mind about the order so there’s no way to refund? So it will be automatically charged to the cashier? But of course I would not let that happen becuase I know how hard the cashier job was becuase I’ve been on that job before.I told the supervisor that it’s not a big deal I can just pay the order that have been charged and informed the cashier that next time she should confirmed and verify to the customer their order before she cashed it out. I was just dissapointed becuase the supervisor did not do something about the issue. It could be solved through refund since the customer stated that he just order those item for customer satisfaction. Hope that this will not happen again to other customer.
