    I bought a Michael Kors purse in march and I am very unhappy with it, the straps are coming apart and I had to put black tape around them, it hasn’t even been a year and it looks terrible, I’ve never even had that problem with a cheap purse, is there a warranty for it

    I went to your guys one of locations store in Missouri (west county mall) and want to BUY some purses and shoes with my family and got treat really shitty and the manager was an ASS HOLE. I’m very upset sad. So so far your guys customer service is like shit.

    I will more than likely not purchase from Michael Kors in the future due to an instore interaction as well as the knowledge that 1 out of 3 representatives provided. I went in to return an online purchase I made online the store rep stated she would only provide a gift card. I purchased online picked up instore went back to return 3 days later. My package was unopened and unused. I called a customer service as their return policy he stated 30 days unused with receipt. That’s done. He then proceeded to say I can speak with her because she obviously does not know what she is talking about. I told him don’t worry I just ship it back due to lack of knowledge. He then provide me with a label. That’s done. I called back because I didn’t hear him say 24-48 hrs and the next rep David stated in store they have their own policies and the previous rep stated he will send. I advised him okay maybe I missed 24-48 hrs part. Overall he was really arrogant. Why can’t we speak to sane people? I am floored at the customer service. I’ve read their return policies from start to finish. I never received a confirmation stating your order was ready for pick up my overall experience was not pleasant. I guess that’s what you call easy returns. That’s how you lose a customer for life who has bought over 20 handbags. I wish I could post my order history truely very sad and I really love the products, customer service a hit or miss situation.

    I purchased a hand bag and wallet at tanger outlet in sevierville tn on 3/25/17. I went in to return it with my receipt and the girl said it was past 30 days. I live in va and don’t come down a lot and nobody told me there was a 30 day return policy the girl wasn’t nice about it. I have bought from this store before but won’t anymore!!!

    The service at the Roosevelt field location in Carle place, NY: did not like the atmosphere! The associate seemed as if she did not want to help me very rude and obnoxious! Missed a sale because of the salesperson attitude. The manager tried to help but why would I spend my money at a store where the sales person is not very nice! This store needs a refresher class on customer service and furthermore how to treat ppl regardless of ethnicity

    What a wonderful sales associate at the Gallery at Harborplace in Baltimore. William was so helpful. I would definitely stop by if you are in Baltimore. The store had a good stock of the items that were on sale.

    The store in mebane, nc is terrible. They advertise 60%off but what they do tvtell you is they mark up the items with there own sticker so u not getting an actual 60% off. That’s not cool, jus wrong. Then they still have the information at the bottom of the receipt that says for a chance to win a twin and $50 gift card visit the Michael Kors website and take the survey but little did they tell you the survey is closed

    I love love love did I mentioned love MK. I have been a faithful customer. However, today I didn’t have a pleasant experience with one of your salesperson. Her name is Darrielle No. 325217. I have never seen her before. Therefore, she may be new. I really don’t know and I don’t like to assume anything. As soon as my husband and I entered the store she greeted us and told us about the store sale. So far so good. I told her that I shop at the store very often. (You can look me up and see my profile), She was all over us. She wanted that sale no matter what. I choose the handbag I liked and she got a brand new one from the back. Then she proceeded to ring me up. She tells my husband wait for the blue light and insert the credit card chip. She places my handbag in such a very small bag that the shopping bag handles couldn’t be held together and would make it very difficult to carry. I asked to please put it in a bigger bag which she did. Then I asked why she didn’t asked me for my name because I am on the system. She said, “I would be okay if I had to return it”. I don’t return any merchandise I have no time to waste to keep going back to store to make a return. The first thing I stated was, I literally lived there (store). This was my first encounter with Ms. Darrielle. All the girls and Ricky know me. Vanessa knows what I like. They all are very attentive and sweet. I look forward to go to the store. I tell them about my next adventure and when I go back they asked to see pictures. They know us very well. So I asked Ms. Darrielle if there was a way to put this purchase under my profile she was told “no” by another salesperson. All she had to do was return item and do a new sale under my account. I believe in customer service. They can make a great experience or no such a pleasant shopping experience. I’ll be traveling tomorrow first thing in the morning but upon my return I’m returning that beautiful handbag because everytime I look at the handbag is going to reminded me of my very unpleasant experience and I don’t want to associate the bag with the experience. By the end I just asked for my bag that by the way it didn’t have any tissue paper and asked for my receipt. I have never been so disappointed with any salesperson from MK. My husband and I went to another store a few days earlier and Denise took care of us. The other girls were so pleasant. I was looking for an specific jacket and one of the girl went to the back and got it from me even though it wasn’t on the sales floor and to top it off I even bought a watch.

    P.S. Why all handbags don’t come with a dust cover? To me that is the crean the la crean.
