    Served by Suzie today in the small Boots in Prestwick. Very nice,informative about the hay fever preparations I was buying. Nice to have someone greet you with a smile and be polite.

    I would like to say how sad I was to hear Marina Logan on the Clinique counter was leaving . She is such a lovely helpfull lady will be missed will not be the same when I go to buy my Clinique products she has helped me a lot over the years give me great advice going to miss her .i would rate Merida 5out of 5 big loss

    My friend and I was looking at the perfume in the hull store prospect centre. The assistant Laura came and asked us if we were ok and found what we was looking for. I would like to say what fantastic service we received. Laura was advising my friend on the channel range and was genuinely interested in what fragrance my friend liked. Laura is an asset to boots a lovely genuine lady thank you Laura oh and we both bought the perfume Elaine.

    I made an order online then waited only to get an email days later that it had been sent to the wrong depot i then waited a few more days to then be told it would be delivered on a sat when there would be nobody at home i contacted boots customer care and they told me that they had spoken to the delivery driver and confirmed it would be delivered on the monday an hour later i received an email to say it had been delivered just put through the letter box despite the fact that medication from boots requires a signature i find this service is not acceptable in any way shape or form and have contacted the ombudsmen and loged a formal complaint i would give no stars if the system would allow and i think that would be over generous…

    I have just been served by Laura at the store in Weston Favell Northampton. Wow!!! Super efficient and for the 1st time I felt valued as a customer. She gave me great advise and I ended up buying more products but she really made me feel comfortable and genuinely interested what I was buying and why. Please pass on my comments she is an absolute credit and I am a Customer service manager myself and would be delighted to have her work for me. Superb service!! Laura deserved 10/10

    I went into the Emerson’s Green store today and needed some items from the Healthcare counter, there was about five people in the Pharmacy. Not one person acknowledge me, after five minutes or so I asked one of the shop floor staff if anyone was serving on the counter and she informed me that someone would be with me in a moment, in the meantime another lady had come to the counter and she received no acknowledgement either. As I am a staff member from another store I was embarrassed at the way the pharmacy members behaved. Eventually the lady I spoke to previously came and served me and was very helpful. The other lady had to actually ask the pharmacy team to be served which was a bad reflection on Boots customer service. This is not the first time this has happened at this store.

    We have just received a 50 ml bottle of perfume and the amount of packaging was absolutely ridiculous!!!! Shame on you!!!!

    I recently went into the Boots store in Oldham town centre and was dissapointed and i was queing and the poor girl serving was ringing for assistance and nobody on the shop floor would come to help, i felt sorry for her as there were staff on the floor but seemed to be ignoring the bell. I could tell by her face she was getting stressed and the que was building up eventually she gave up ringing the bell. There needs to be more than one member of staff on the tills especially at dinner time when people are in a rush.

    I have been served by Maria Morales at Boots store in London Liverpool Street Station 0803. I am a regular customer at the store. Maria always smiles, is very polite and friendly. She has helped me choose many perfumes and she’s offered to wrap them for me.

    All I want tedious enter the draw for the iPad mini buyer though ie put in the correct web address I either get a message saying no connection to the ip address or I get access to a survey that can win me vouchers.

    Boots staff in my store are always super helpful and very descret when needed. Although i wish the same could be said for the customer service on Boots online. I order regularly online and cant get out much and did alot of my xmas shopping from Boots online. I ordered Yankee candles and once they were delivered the lids were missing from them and candles had fallen out in the box, they looked a right mess. I contacted customer care about them and I never received a reply back so I messaged again and still nothing to this day. Really disappointed. Packaging of items being delivered was just dreadful and I’m surprised more items weren’t broken? To be fair to Boots I think this was more of the warehouse teams problem and not Boots itself but the customer care was definitely a problem. In stores are fab!

    Hello I would like to say a big thank you to the pharmacist Mandeep at Boots pharmacy Ilkeston branch he was very helpful and caring when I had to have my medication changed resentley and even took the time to contact me by telephone to ask how I was coping with the new medication which I found very comforting .How nice to get this after care service also the staff at Boots are very friendly and polite Well done Boots pharmacy

    All the staff were very helpful, took time to explain each stage and my new glasses were ready to be collected very quickly. I’d recommend Boots Opticians in Trowbridge to anyone for their high standard of care.

    i have a repeat prescription delivered on a monthly basis,they have sent me the wrong flavouered ensure drinks and I don’t have the heart to tell the driver as he ha to struggle with them bringing them up three flights and the tablets have changed as they don’t seem to work,not happy with the situation at the moment

    Boots has to have the worst customer service on the high street. My mother, my daughter and I have all had negative experiences in terms of staff being rude and unhelpful. My mother was made to feel elderly and incompetent (she was really upset and quite shaken by the attitude of the ‘assistant’ when she enquiried about cream for itchy skin). My daughter went to buy a premium foundation for her step mother for Christmas, didn’t have her Advantage Card with her and was told, ‘Oh well, you’ll have to miss out this time’ (all other retailers inform you that you can add points to cards later if you keep the receipt). In addition when my daughter went to spend points on another occasion for a number of items, and she didn’t have enough, as opposed to being helpful and offering to put some items through as redemption and then completing a 2nd transaction for the remainder, she made my daughter feel like a time waster, rushed the situation and my daughter spent cash she was hoping to spend on another present. I myself have had numerous negative experiences with impatient staff and now spend far less money in there than I ever used to. Come on Boots, sort out your customer service recruitment and training. Far too much competition out there for you to be failing on the basics.

    A please and thank you at the pharmacy desk would be courteous, and a less arrogant and patronising attitude, with a genuine helpful manner would be nice. Paying for prescriptions or not we are still customers who could choose to go elsewhere. Littlehampton branch.

    I visited the rugby junction one store and was served by Lisa who was brilliant and very patient with me as I was buying a lot of stuff and also returned a few things so I was a bit of an awkward customer(!) But she was great she was very helpful and never made me feel like an inconvenience. What an asset she is to Boots.thank you Lisa ( short blonde hair)

    My little boy had his second meningitis jab in the Brunel Swindon store. We had amazing service – a great contrast to the first jab (different branch) when the employee was so nervous she frightened the life out of my poor three year old. Definitely can’t fault the standard of customer service here – thank you Boots!

    I was shopping in Glasgow popped into to boots for some foundation was unsure what I needed so asked the assistant for some help on the matter in hand . The young lady was called Rhian nan what a wonderful young lady was most helpful .took some of my make up off the test match what I needed so in doing this I looked a like patch work quilt as my daughter kindly told me so this matter was easy solved the young lady took my make off for me use diffrent products talked me throu every that she was useing on me so in do this I then went on not just to buy foundation but purched a gift pack with a variety of skin products. So I would just like to point out the make over that she did on me was the nicest I felt in a long time so a big thank you Rhian nan for makeing me feel like a special lady x well done keep up the good work .also while in store there was a nother young girl who assisted my daughter who was just as helpful .

    The Brighton Hill shop in Basingstoke is a disgrace. There is a huge queue and only one person in the shop and they are dealing with the pharmacy side of things. There is no one one dealing with the retail side. You really do need to recruit more staff or close down the shop. Not up to standard or fit for purpose. :(

    I should have said my previous post related to the Boots in the Broomhill Shopping Centre in Glasgow whose staff are so friendly and efficient and the Manager Paul Flynn is excellent.

    I had wanted to provide feedback about the excellent support from the pharmacy in my local Boots but I don’t pay for my prescription so have no receipt or number. The staff are always helpful in explanation and service.

    Pharmacists Rozina and Naveed at Manchester Fort branch were exceptionally helpful when I visited the pharmacy on Monday, 27th November. (Code number on contact card is 6555 but link to talktobootspharmacy.com did not work). All pharmacists at that branch are brilliant.
