    The east end rite aid is where I shop in Batavia ny. The wellness ambassador was very unprofessional and rude. I looked for someone to help me for a long time, I finally found a lovely lady named Monique after she helped me I heard her getting scolding for helping me because that was the other girls “job”. I figured it was anyone’s job to help customers find an item. I didn’t mean to get the technician in trouble but I’m very thankful for her help. I don’t agree with the ambassadors tone, or attitude towards Monique for simply doing her job with helping me. It would of been nice if the ambassador was on the floor to help me instead yelling at someone who was there in a time of need. I personally don’t see the use of a wellness ambassador when I shop at this store way to much and never have seen her on the floor. I didn’t realize she was in the pharmacy so I couldn’t of known who to ask for help. I hope things get changed around for the better for all people involved.
