    I came in with my girlfriend and we had your dinner for 2 at a cost of $25.00.
    First if all…it was the first time I ate at your establishment. I found our waitress to be professional, friendly and quite attentive. Our Mozzerella Sticks we’re done perfectly. I liked the Marenera dipping sauce. The fish n chips were tasty. Breading was a bit too dark, the fish was of a good quality and I enjoyed it. All of our food came in a perfect timing rhythm. Last but not least…your PIE! I really enjoyed your Coconut Cream Pie. I hope to come back soon. Next time I’ll bring my husband.

    Effie was so helpful and patient. I have a 3 year old who isn’t the easiest to deal with and I don’t est out a lot Becuase of it. She made me feel so welcome and was so good with him.

    Went to sharis on 122nd and the Food was disgusting.. the server was trying her hardest but the manager was a fucking bitch when we told her about the food “accusing us of tryna just get free food” and then wouldn’t even let me speak when I tried to explain???? Like wtf worst service I’ve ever had anywhere. IF I COULD GIVE A ZERO RATING I WOULD.

    Union gap location 3-11-17 Waited along time to be sat a table. Waited along time for ashely to come take our drink order. Friends ordered shakes, get those take time. Finally get drinks and food order taken. Manager comes over and asks my friend why he only ordered water. (Kinda rude to ask why someone choses to just get water) makes small talk, pretty sure evaluating how annoyed we are by the slowness of things. We patiently wait for food and enjoy conversation. Food comes. Waitress drops the order and disapears. Drinks are empty or closely conserved while we wait for her to come by and refill. Halfway to mostly done with food and i go up to the front and ask for refills. Ashley comes back and is defensive about being the only server on the floor…. my chair is apparently sticking out a lottle too far for her to pass and she makes sure i know it by exclaiming “excuse me honey, I’m not a size 6.” Neither am i… i find it inappropriate to comment and ones size. Theres a million nicer ways to ask someone to scoot in a bit. Never asked how food was, never asked if we needed boxes and only came back one more time to drop our checks off. Either staff more on Saturday nights or find someone who can be a bit more friendly while providing subpar service. Maybe both of those. I get having off nights and being busy, i wait tables too.

    Went to Vancouver Mall location had to wait over 20 mins with no one asking how many we had witch was 3 after 35 mins the bus boy sat us, seeing that we had been waiting for some time. The table we were sat at had been open for over 15 mins. we walked by 3 other tables we also could of sat at! We sat for another 15 mins before anyone say hello. We were helped 3 mins after that. We waited 12 mins to get our drinks. my son sat for 20 mins for a refill. Yes it took over 30 more mins to get our food. But they didn’t have it all they said they forgot part of my sons order. The food was all over cooked. Bacon,eggs,hash browns. Not a good breakfast at all, and worst service the people just didn’t seem to care we watch people stand in line for 20 mins or longer with 7 tables open it seemed no one was in charge ! The only one working and working his butt off was the older gentleman that was busing the tables, and seated us. People were talking about it always is like that at that location. Not sure why they keep going back ? I know we won’t ! You need to do something, no reason to have a line of people with so many tables open!
