I have recently answered a Tesco survey, this resulted in a free gift, I had to pay for postage and packing, that’s acceptable. Then 2 weeks later I discovered that the 2 companies that had set the charge for postage and packing had also taken 2 large sums of money using the card number given them for the postage and packing. I can only think I have inadvertently signed up for future purchased with them. I feel that this company are very under handed and are not the sort of companies that Tesco would want to be associated with.I have since stopped the transactions on my card but feel disappointed that you have anything to do with companies like this. Yours Faithfully Jackie Barnes.

I,ve just done my mum,s weekly shop with my mum who is disabled and in a wheelchair. I think it would be better if tesco dedicated one aisle for wheelchair shoppers. This would take away any congestion in a normal aisle and would help(normal)shoppers. Disabled people are victimised in away as they have to return their trolley from the collection point. Tesco Bedworth has no collection point for disabled trollies Down stairs.(must be returned upstairs and in store. After all every little helps. Thanks Mr T Letts.
