    I am very disappointed with my Zales experience. My fiance gave me an engagement ring that he bought at Zales and said I need to have it inspected at the store. I tried but was told they cannot do it without the receipt. The other jewelry stores store the information electronically and do not give me grief if I do not have a receipt. I am writing to explain my dissatisfaction with your policy and to say that my plans to purchase more jewelry from Zales has changed. Please consider changing your policy to better your customer service. Thank you, Ann

    I just had a watch fixed at Zale’s and when I got home I discovered that not only was it not cleaned it also does not work. Very dissatisfied!!!!

    Zales at Southcenter Mall, Tuckwila, Wa has terrible service after they sell you wedding rings. They will give you a lot of attention and caring attitude while you are shopping but after they sell you the rings everything changes. We bought wedding rings which had to be special ordered. They promised they would be there in 6 weeks. We contacted them at this time and the rings were not in. They were also unable to track where they were and wouldn’t give any information about the ordering. And they seemed to care less. We were told to wait and they would be in soon. After numerous calls and 8 weeks since the order they were still unable to find the rings and gave numerous reasons. “My husbands ring had to go to the main store and then shipped to their store and my diamond ring was now on back order.” And of coarse they still didn’t know where my husbands ring was at. They stated it could be weeks before the diamond ring would come in and would not explain what back order meant. In frustration I called Zales help line to get information so I could call or email the Regional Manager. They refused and wanted to connect me to the main store again. We wanted to get a refund but returns are not allowed on customized jewelry as stated on the receipt. They connected me with the manager of the store who now states the rings will be in the store in 8 more days. That will make 10 weeks after the purchase of our rings. And we do not have our rings yet so we will have to wait to see what happens. I hope I can update my comments as this progresses. I know they have a regional manager and I don’t understand why they wouldn’t at least give me their e-mail. Don’t trust them and go elsewhere.

    Store# 177 Mishawaka, IN was AWESOME, the store manager Navar was the best. He made my experience fun and exciting, He help me choose the best diamond that I’m happy with. Mishawaka Zales should be glad to have him.

    I love my Zales in the Depford Mall NJ. The staff is very helpful and very understanding. They make sure your happy before you leave their store! I’m a very satisfied customer!
