• Go to ZPizza Guest Feedback Survey online page. Enter the local phone number, date of your visit and order number from your receipt. If you don’t have a order, choose the option located on the middle bottom of the survey page. (See Reference Link 1)

• You can choose between two types of surveys. You will receive a free small pizza voucher if you take the 5-10 minute survey. Otherwise, a short 1-2 minutes survey is also available.

• Select the frequency of your visit to ZPizza.

• Rate the degree of satisfaction about the speed of placing your order, the friendliness and attentiveness of the staff and the preparation time.

• Specify the items that you purchased on your visit.

• Regarding your meal, choose the degree of satisfaction of the taste, portion size, presentation and packaging.

• Indicate how much you agree with several statements relating to the menu and the value of your meal.

• Provide your email address to receive your free small pizza voucher if you have completed the 5-10 minutes survey. Please be sure to redeem the voucher in the next 2 weeks. Only one voucher per guest per month will be issued.
